Read the official press release below:

You probably already know that Firewind member (and ESP guitarist) Gus G. is now playing with Ozzy Osbourne. He’s designed a sweet new guitar for his new gig: the LTD GUS-600 EC. Based on the single-cutaway ESP Eclipse shape, this guitar is insanely cool and totally unique. It features a custom graphic finish along with custom “Gus Fire” inlays. Unlike most EC models, the new Revolver EC has a 25.5” scale with set through construction, and features a mahogany body with a maple neck (22 XJ frets) and rosewood fingerboard. It also offers Seymour Duncan Blackout ABH-1 active pickups, with a single volume control and an on-off mini switch. The GUS-600 EC uses black nickel hardware, including ESP locking tuners and a Tonepros TOM bridge and tailpiece.

As for the art design on the guitar, Gus wanted to go for something different this time. So he teamed up with Patric Ullaeus & Björn Johansson who came up with the graphic and the whole concept of “RockART“.

Patric Ullaeus is an acclaimed director and photographer and among other acts, he has shot 3 Firewind videos and has also been the band’s photographer since 2006.
